Please explain the goal %

How does the % of fat, protein, carbs etc. get added to my info? Is it based on height and weight? I didn’t add it and I can’t alter it. Is it accurate? The carbs seem really high.

Edited to add: By the way, I lost 100 lbs. by averaging about 50% carbs. Carbs are not the enemy for losing weight, as long as a person stays within their daily caloric goals.0
