Death Ride Training

This July 14th will be my first Death Ride. I currently ride 3 days a week for 120 miles. Anyone want to join me on the journey feel free. Otherwise, any tips or advice will be appreciated. Love and live each day to the fullest.

    I'm sure you already know, but eat plenty of fat and protein, and remember to shift! I miss being able to do stuff like this, but I badly damaged my knee a few years back.
