Hi there, I am a single mom trying to drop the much needed weight I've been carrying for way to long. I want to get healthy so I am around long term for my child. I heard if you had online accountability and community you would do better. I would love to have paid to encourage and have them encourage me.

Hey single mom, I have 80lbs to lose and am halfway there. I think I've figured out a system that works, and it only involves me being a bit stubborn with logging and what I eat. It is very much possible to achieve your goals, but you have to treat the process like a marathon, not a sprint.
The max recommended weight loss is ~1% of your total weight per week or up to 2lbs per week. Bigger people (me) can lose a little more at least at the beginning.
My secret to success truly has been logging everything, including the candy, donuts and burgers. Even if I bust my daily calorie limit, I still log it.
I've been going for 88 days, and at this rate, I expect to hit my goal within 3-6 months from today. I had initially planned for a 12 month process.
For your 135lbs of weight loss, I would put your initial goal at 18 months, and then work backwards for the smaller stuff.
