Hello everyone,
I just discovered the community section of this app, and I think it's great!
I started a ketogenic diet at the beginning of February, after a discussion with my doctor. It's for more than just weight loss, but it's the weight loss I am most excited for. I lost about 20 pounds so far, and have a long long road ahead.
I have attempted this journey before, but have always failed and gained the weight back. I know now, it's because of some other issues with my body. I'm excited, but also absolutely afraid of failing. I haven't got a large support group, and am mostly alone, so I am excited to have found this community. Thanks!

Welcome. As you approach goal makes sure to check out some of the tips in the maintenance boards. People often regain because they think "hey, I am done" and go into maintenance without a plan.
