Lose weight

I want to lose weight but I have no idea what should I do , I just go jogging and do some radom machine training in gym , also do some lifting as well ,if anyone can suggest me how to do that will be grateful

Eat less. Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
In terms of exercise: Lifting weights/resistance training is good. You don't have to go super heavy.1 -

Losing weight is all about taking in less calories than we burn. Start logging your food if you don't already do that. This app will help you be very calorie aware and if you eat the number of calories it gives you to lose x pounds a week and are consistent then you will lose.0

weight loss is caused by a calorie deficit, so its 100% what you eat.0 -

If your TDEE is 1620 then for example you would eat 250 cals less than that to lose 0.5lb per week.1 -
