3rd times the charm !!

Hey all.
Just a quick one to say hi.
I’m new but not new as this is my 3rd attempt at using mfp to aide my weight loss.
Currently the biggest I’ve ever been and totally feeling ashamed right now at how far I’ve let things slide so hopefully this is the time I do it.
I’m trying calorie counting so any tips or hints or go to filling foods would be great for advice

    I need to make the permanent change and stick to it for good which is hard when I’ve got temptation everywhere working in a kitchen

    I suggest that you take a blood chem from the lab so you should really have a good motivation to stick to myp. I just did, that's why I'm back. LOL
