One pound per month - final stretch

For the last 7-8 months, I've only lost 1 pound per month. I eat at what is close to a 15% deficit if I am not mistaken now, and my goal is 1/2 pound per week.
The problem is, I only lose a pound a month at maximum, and only on my period. I've taken to only weighing on those days.
I'm patient and will continue with my workouts and eating healthy regardless, but has this happened to anyone else in their last 10-ish pounds?

The last bit of weight is the hardest to come off, but you are right, patience is the key.0

Yes it's pretty slow. I want to be 120 but I've been at 122 for ions!
I don't care that much, I'm pretty happy with my amazing maintenance abilities!0 -
1 lb a month is respectable weight loss. Remember, there is no time limit therefore there's no rush. I'm not even on pace to lose 52 lbs in 52 weeks. I've lost 38 lbs in 10 months. No big deal; at least i'm not gaining. and I'm not missing any of my fave foods so no cravings.
Weight loss is more like a marathon than a sprint.0 -
One lb a month is better than no progress at all! Have you recalculated your TDEE after losing weight? It will go down as your weight drops. You could also try maintaining your weight for a bit (2-4 weeks) and then resuming a calorie deficit to see if that helps.0

I did stall out for a long time, so you're right 1 pound is great compared to nothing!0
