Hi my name is Anne-Marie

I am 51 yrs old from Ottawa Canada.

I would like to find some friends here on MFP to encourage one another.

The struggle to lose weight has been a lifelong struggle for me but I know I can achieve success someday. The key is to always believe you can achieve your goals and remain positive.
