Looking for friends

I need motivation & friends who enjoy working out, staying fit &/or is trying!

Currently, i weigh 190lbs as a result of a car accident a few yrs back. When i was fit, i was 130-140lbs by being active, lived in San Diego and was an active Martial Artist.

First off, my eating habbits r special because I'm a type 1 diabetic as a result of participating in a tramatic war by being bombed, etc...its not in my family although type 2 is. T1 diabetes is very different from T2, plus i have to eat less animal meat due to protein in my urine, meaning my kidneys r working to hard and will fail eventually if i dont stop and start taking my life style serioisly which is y i want friends who r already fit & healthy, but also friends who r where i'm at with losing weight, learning new ways to exercise, lift, etc. I am most happy eating an organic plant based diet. Working out doesnt lower my blood sugar like it would a T2 diabetic.

My story... In 2002, i gained 100 lbs as a result of moving to care for my mom who has since passed. Back, spine problems have been my main issues while trying to get back to ideal weight.

By 2009, i lost 40lbs by changing my eating habbits.. not eating fast food, fried and other bad stuff. In 2014 i started going the gym, taking hormone shots to get me motivated & help from friends who have since moved away. I dropped my weight to 167lbs. In 2015, i had a bad car accident which increased my spinal problems. Had back surgery in June 2017 as a result of not being able to walk. I still have pain issues, but its a work n progress.

I need & want more friends! FRIENDS to help push me & to work out with. I believe just having friends who enjoy working out is key for me. I am 51yrs old, 5'8", use to be very active and want to get back to it! I am open to having friends of all ages, etc. & welcome differences as well as similarities with others.

I enjoy fit friends cause they r where i want to be. I also enjoy friends who r struggling to lose weight as well because its enjoyable to push & help others as well.

If you are fit or not, please befriend me so we can have fun together. Fun with sharing ideas, new ways to work out our muscles, learn, grow & to motivate each other.

Ps, i do have a personal trainer to help me streghten my core and weak back muscles. If you have any suggestions for streghtening my back muscles, please share with me, thank u
