Cardio before or after lifting?

Like everyone said it depends on what your definition of cardio may be and what your goals are. For me, I run 2-4 miles before weight lifting but on some of my light/moderate days, so the focus is more on cardio than lifting. On heavy days, I’ll do an lncline walk for 30-40 mins easy just to decrease soreness the next day. The incline walk is cardio but it isn’t my actual cardio focused workout. My long run days don’t include weightlifting so after I’ll do hot yoga as active recovery. Warm up is just a warm up, and you should always warm up before any activity.0
