2 Months - Agility increasing drills/workouts?

Hey guys, I am signing up for a flag football league starting in just over 2 months. I'd like to increase my agility and endurance before starting and am wondering what would be the best way to improve. I'm not expecting to turn into Lesean McCoy or anything, just want to get to a point thats not embarrassing before starting lol

FWIW I am 25, male, 245lb

    Do a few of the football agility drills that are on youtube. Keep it varied, but work on your weak skills.
    I'd do straight sprinting drills too, in varying distances (shorter than your field). Take a day off after doing them.. but avoid taking off more than 4-5 days or you might lose your edge.
    You didn't state your current abilities or exercise routine, but if you're not currently running, postpone the sprints and do slow jogging instead. Once you can jog a mile, you can start increasing the pace. :+1:
