Hi! I am a student and am struggling with maintaining my fitness regimen through exam time. I’m 35... and really miss the metabolism of a young university student!!
I’ve started using the couch to 5 K app recently.....
I’m looking for suggestions on how to stick to a diet and exercise schedule while studying for an exam.

Just put to paper what is realistic for you from a time management perspective and do that. I've had to completely reevaluate what I was doing recently due to my day to day life just getting more and more hectic. I just sat down and looked at what I was doing and then put to paper what I felt was realistic...it's about half of the volume of work I had previously been doing, but I still get 5x per week of exercise in there...just shorter sessions, no two-a-days, no 2-4 hour rides, etc...

That’s a great suggestion! On so many days I’ve just not worked out at all because I didn’t have the time or the energy to complete a ‘full workout ‘ that I used to do earlier. Maybe I just need to be consistent... and have realistic expectations. Do a little everyday... every step counts
