fitbit workouts aren't syncing correctly to myfitnesspal

I have my fitbit and myfitnesspal synced, but when I do a workout through my fitbit, only some of the calories sync over to myfitnesspal. Example: I track my kickboxing class via fitbit. Say i burned 600 calories. when myfitness pal syncs with fitbit, it says 300 calories. why is it not showing the full amount of calories i burnt for my workout?

There is really no one-to-one comparison between the MFP Fitbit Calorie Adjustment and the Fitbit Activity you log.

MFP's Fitbit Calorie adjustment is for the difference in what MFP estimates your total daily burn will be for the full 24 hours based on your MFP estimated BMR and Activity Level, versus what Fitbit estimates your actual total daily burn will be at the time of each sync. MFP just places the Calories in the spot labeled "Exercise," because that is the only place to display the adjustment at this time. The adjustments will rarely equal just the Fitbit Activities you "logged" in Fitbit.

When you logged that Fitbit Activity, you just labeled that time period as "Kickboxing" - you could have labeled it "Broomball" and those Calories during that time period would be the exact same thing.

I would recommend reading through the first three posts in this thread on the MFP Fitbit Users group, which explains the process in detail...
