I don’t want to bore you with all the details so I’ll try to sum it up. Started MFP 11 years ago after my 2nd child was born. I’m 5’-3” and weighed something like 160. Pre-pregnancy weight was 135-140ish. After every single pregnancy I was able to get really close to my goal pant size of 8 and weight goal of 135-140. I had my fifth child at 30 years old and began the process (which I tried to maintain during pregnancy) of staying fit and losing the baby weight. I’m 33 years old now, my baby is 3.5 years old and I’m struggling at 153-155 and cannot seem to get below 150. I’m never giving up because health is lifelong but I sure would love to lose those last few pounds and shed a couple pant sizes. My workout routine is spot on and I live a very active lifestyle so it’s the nutrition aspect I’m really working on. Here is what I’m at today. Took these photos last week. I am also sharing my winter activities. I wait tables for my job, and I do everything from snow shoeing, ice skating, snow removal, dancing in the kitchen with my family for an hour at a time, sledding, beach body workouts, treadmill workouts. And the activities broaden in the summer months. I figure it has to be my nutrition that’s holding me back.
