Lifter/ Novice Runner/ Fitness Wannabe

Hey all!

Newbie to the forums, not to MFP. I am not actively trying to lose significant weight, around 15ish lbs. I'm 5'3, 150 lbs and in the past 4 years, have lost about 80 lbs. I dropped down to 140 and then started lifting and added some muscle.

I'm working on C25K right now, as well as slowly starting to increase my weights in lifting. I Zumba sometimes. Just look for some like minded people who could offer encouragement or tips. :)
