Anyone suffering from anxiety?

Lately, I have experienced some foreign, unsettling thoughts about my life. At times I have to remind myself of who I am and what I'm doing here - it's like I space out. I have never experienced these types of thoughts and I am the healthiest I have ever been in my life. What is wrong with me? Could I be depressed? I have nothing to be depressed about! I have a great life! Help!

It might be good to find a family member or someone that you trust, and talk to them about it. Much better to get it out now while it's still a nagging feeling rather than bottling it up and waiting for it to explode. I know, because I'm one of those bottlers. o:

It might be a good idea to go see your doctor.

Depression can be a reaction to bad things happening, but it can also just be that your body's chemicals are imbalanced. It might not be depression, but if something weird is going on and you're concerned about it, your doctor should be able to help.

You could be stuck in a rut.

Even though your life is great, if you don't vary the things you do every day you can experience extreme daily boredom.

You should talk to someone you know and trust about it, and maybe also your doctor. If they feel you need to be evaluated further they'll know where to refer you.
