Hi! I just started Keto 4 days ago! Would love to hear from Keto vets and newbies as well. How's it going? What suggestions do you have for a newbie? Do you all record macros? Having a hard time figuring out exactly how much to intake. I had Sleeve 3 1/2 years ago. I've been able to maintain UNTIL now. My body has shut down and I've gained 20 lbs (I haven't been the most conscious eater either). My goal is to lose a total of 40 lbs.
