How many calories burned?

I know a lot of us have trouble trying to figure out how many calories we burned in this workout or that, and there are a lot of factors at play: age, weight, duration, etc. I found a calculator that may help. In a 20 minute workout, I check my heart rate at 5, 10, and 15 minutes in, then average it out. Here is the calculator:
