Hi i have a question

I just started using my fitness pal three days ago. I changed some of my goals, like carbs fiber sugar. Today they are different. They are higher than what i set them at. I did get an additional 384 calories today from walking. Would that change these goals? Thank you!

    Yes they are a percentage of your total calories. So when you add your workout calories the macros, in grams change, percentage should remail the same
