I'm reaching for a way to help me get healthy!

37 year old mother of 2, professional chef, 40lbs over my desired weight. I used to be in fantastic shape until about 5 years ago, the weight just piled on and hasn't come off. I have tried every diet with little to no success. I don't have a lot of time to workout, but I'm so tired of being overweight.I'll start today tracking my food as a primary step to helping myself get in shape, but I need some support & advise.
