How about just consuming less chocolate, instead of entirely eliminating it by eating trail mix? :yum:

    Nothing can substitute for chocolate.

But you can change your eating habits and find you don't miss it as much.

I mean like granola bars ? I’m just trying to see what others eat and try to open up and eat more tastier healthier foods that i might end up liking

Choose options that fill you up and provide nutrients and wait through the craving. That's basically it. It's not easy or everyone would do it.

What types of things do you put in it ?

A box of Multi Grain Cheerios {12 ounces}, a bag of Nestle Toll House white chocolate morsels {12 Ounces}, 2 bags of Mariani dried blueberries & 2 bags of David's Sunflower Kernels!

It makes 24 servings, which's approximately 205 calories!
