Bigger than myself

Hello, back on here after my wife died of breast cancer. She fought it for 2 years and during that time our diet was pretty erratic. So now I'm here with 4 kids (one being a 2 year old) with some health issues that i've neglected from years of being a caregiver. My doc suggested to go gluten free and make some lifestyle changes. I have to. Because its just me. My goal is to lose weight and get to the point where i can keep up again but also to just feel healthy and teach my kids health habits. Could use all the advice and support you can give and friend me too. I've realized I can do this alone. Thanks for reading!

So sorry for you incredibly tragic loss. Take care of yourself and take the whole weight loss and self care thing, one day at a time. Just love your kids and do your best.0
