I’m so new at the dieting thing! When you exercise and burn calories. I have an app that counts my steps while exercising then it tells me how many calories I’ve burned! Is Kcalories different or is that how many I actually burned??

If Calorie is capitalized, it's food Calories.
If calorie is lower case, it's scientific calories.
