7 Day Water Fast- Lose 14+ pounds!

Hi!

I started a 7 day water fast. Feel free to join me at any point. I’ve read that your body can comfortably accommodate a 7 day fast. It is easy, only water for 7 days and no or little exercise! You can lose up to 2 pounds per day :) Please post your daily results here (morning is best) to motivate each other and post to let me know you are joining!

Day: 1 (whatever day of the fast you are on-you can go up to 28 days!)

Or just total weight loss if you would like!
