Aaron here! New to the app. And well "dieting" in general. Hoping to pack on some weight and turn that weight into muscle! Looking for some protein packed meal for a possible 7day meal prep. Start simple if we could please.

I recently made this and it turned out good. I used chicken instead of turkey, and cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken, and I also added some baby bella mushrooms. It re-heats just fine

For Breakfast I like to do a greek yogurt cup and and overnight oats with PB2 and milk, or eggs with some cheese and toast and salsa. For lunch I like to do a kinda adult lunchable. I see versions of them at the store in individual packaging, but I make my own to save money. Cheese, Nuts, Jerky and half an apple is just perfect for me. Chili that has been loaded with veggies and beans + low fat beef or turkey or chicken is great, or a lentil soup with chicken. If you like sandwiches, there are low calorie breads that have ~35 kcals and a little protein, load that up with meat and low fat cheese, some veggie filler, yellow mustard.0

Tuna, cod, turkey, eggs. Yes, greek yogurt works too. Include some of these intensely proteinacious foods in all your meals and you'll be getting it.
