I need a Challenge!!

I want help creating a challenge that only lasts a small while. I believe that small goals are the reality to big dreams.

I need a challenge that requires: 5 days of fitness - minimum 30 min each day. And no more than 20% carbohidrates.

Its not an easy challenge. Who thinks they know what to do??
