I recently began working an extremely physical job, I only work 3 days a week. However, those 3 days are intense. Much of my day my fitbit thinks I am actually working out. I am attaching a screenshot of my typical work day. Well I actually left work 2 hours early that day. So it could have been more. I am doing Insanity on my 4 days off currently and was wondering if I should workout on the days I work and if I should eat more on workdays or just maintain my 1500 calorie diet. Btw lost 7lbs in 1.5 weeks.

Yes you should be eating more. Even if you’re set to very active you would be surpassing MFP’s calculations. Fuel your body or you won’t be able to do as much work.0

If you want to work out and enjoy exercising on those days then do so, but you certainly don't need to. I'm just thinking from what I enjoy, I work from home now so really sedentary outside of the gym but I think back to when I was in a physically demanding job I'd still go to the gym after if it was a scheduled training day. It's something that I really really love though, and I would make sure I was eating enough to cover it all.
Personally I think 1500 is quite low for all the activity you're doing, especially when you consider that you've lost 7lbs in that time! A healthy weight loss is 0.5-2lbs a week, maybe a little extra the first week because of water weight so if you continue losing that fast I'd definitely up your calories even if you don't up your exercise even further. To workout 4x a week and have demanding job on top, you need to fuel your body sufficiently! So if you were to add even more exercise in then there would be a definite need to add a considerable amount more calories in.1 -

Pretty sure quite a bit of this weight was water weight. 5lbs the first week and 2lbs this week. I will be mindful of how my weight is dropping. I didn't intend to lose 7lbs. I was happy about it though. This is the first time that I have really been paying attention to more than just CICO. I am trying to focus on nutrition also. Eating greens, fruit, and meat. I am having a hard time getting all my calories now. Sometimes after dinner I will have 400 calories left to consume. Trying to make right decisions is hard. I don't know how to add the calories and still be nutritionally balanced. I'm a work in progress. Thanks for the help.1
