I joined planet fitness now for about 5 months now and have got into a groove of doing their PF360 Burn class on the synergy 360 machine 3 days a week and 30 minute express 2 days. Have recently started tracking my heart rate and everything in the app curious as to everyone else routine. My goal is to get leaner and stronger and have already lost 100+lbs with about another 60 to go. Here is my pf360 routine as I am there early in the morning so can't always do a real class so do it on my own. I do 8 exercises of 30-35 seconds then rest 30-35 seconds between and repeat this 3 times with and extra rest period between so takes about 30 minutes. It's tough but that's the point keeps my heart rate about 125 range.

PF360 Burn – 3 sets 35 seconds on/off
1. Rope Pulley
2. Burpees
3. Elastic Band Bicep Curls
4. TRX Squats
5. Power Ropes
6. Heavy Ball Toss
7. Kettlebell Step Ups
8. Russian Twists
