Moderate weight loss support (~1 pound per week).

Looking to connect with people who have 1 pound per week to lose. It's okay if you want to lose more or less! It's not so much about the number as the intention:

Reasonable weight loss for your body and lifestyle.
Reducing anxiety around weight loss.
Creating long-term, healthy, sustainable habits.
Making changes in lifestyle (sleeping, eating, exercising, emotional triggers and awareness) to sustain healthier living, if applicable.
Checking-in with ourselves: are the weight and health-related goals resulting in greater physical and mental health, happiness, and improved wellbeing?
Sharing these changes with a community of shared values.

    I’m in! I’m aiming for one on a week too because I want to b flexible and not drive myself crazy.

    Hi. That is my weekly goal too. I am just starting this new health routine. It is nice to know I am not alone in my goals. Support is the key to success!!
