Hey everyone!!! My name is AJ and im 29 years old. My journey to first losing weight when i was in my teens and dropped to my goal weight was very easy and I let myself go because i got too comfortable. I didn't think i would gain so much weight up until now. For the past few days i was able to maintain my eating habits to a minimum, i started drinking a gallon of water a day, walk more and i just started going to the gym again and im trying to be more active. I know my weightloss journey from 249lbs to reach my goal of 150lbs will be a long and tough journey and I hope this can help inspire other people with weight problems that you can reach your goals with some push, hard work, sweat and guidance. If anybody has any tips please leave them here. Thank you!!!

Your metabolism probably slowed down. Im in the same situation. Lost a-lot before gained some back. Try to watch your calories and eat at a mark where your loosing weight slowly and lift at least 3 times a week. This should boost your metabolism. First few days you will probably gain some weight due to inflammation don't let it discourage you. But just keep tweaking calories (not too much). Consistency is the key.

Just keep up the positive attitude! If you have done it once, you can do it twice! I dropped a good 66 lbs the past 6 months! I can’t say I am a workout fanatic, but it has definitely become part of who and what I am. I already feel down cause I haven’t worked out for a week now because I am terribly sick! Feel free to add me xoxox
