I don’t own any scales so roughly, how many potato wedges would be in 100g? Thankyou

No one can tell you because they are all different sizes. 100 grams is not much, so I'm going to wildly guess three.

Look in the bag, do you see how many different sizes there are?

It is impossible to do it by the number of wedges.

    100g is not a lot.

This is going to vary so widely depending on size of potato, how they're cut, etc. You should use a food scale for this.

Yes, it'd be very hard to determine without a scale! They're only 10-20 bucks, why not grab one for yourself? :)

Try squash wedges. They're way lower in carbs and super yummy.

I made some acorn squash wedges the other day. They didn't even need any oil. Just a little salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Is OP trying to limit carbohydrates?

Weird, I thought I responded to this.

Apologies for discriminating against potatoes and assuming carb/nutrient needs! : )

This is difficult as potatoes vary in size but 100g is a small potato. so about 4 wedges approx.

Are you trying to limit your carbs? 100g of potato isn't that much....
