Hi there!
I just started tracking my diet here. I'm also weight lifting 1 hour 3 days a week. I don't know how many calories I burn when I workout, but I'm wondering if I should eat more on those days? I dont have stamina to heavy lift for an hour with 1600 calories a day and my recovery is affected. Any input would be appreciated. My friend worked out with me and she has a fitness tracker and it showed we burned around 800-1000 calories on weight training days (full body workout).

You can enter "strength training" under the cardio tab and it will give you your calories to eat back. Be aware, though, they aren't much. I think I get about 150 calories for one hour of lifting.

Yep, you maybe burned a quarter of that amount. If it's a HR-based tracker, ignore it completely.
