Sleep Patterns
Prior to starting elementary school, my Mother & I were always, awake at night/slept during the day! Do you believe that it's natural to revert to what was original, all of your life? Like no matter how long ago it was, that it's ingrained within us to fight against changing this initial pattern? I struggle with reversing this, especially since becoming disabled! It's annoying because despite my disabilities, I still've to conform to noise ordnance/regular business hours to do many chores/run errands & I also prefer to be awake during the day, since I love natural light!

I definitely get those hours plus more regularly, since my disability's fatigue but just attempting to change even a normal amount of sleep timing {not what, my disability induces}, beyond's a battle!0
