Pre made meal app

Hi All
Anybody know if there is an app with pre made meal recipes i need to work on eating more with work being so busy its hard for me to find time to eat so i want to start pre making meals any help appreciated.

    Make a meal in bulk and enter it in to the "my recipes" section....

    Or plan one day of food that is easy to repeat and make in bulk.
