I read that as "wet nurse" :D
    Welcome :)
Losing weight isn't as hard and difficult as the diet industry wants us to believe. All you have to do, is to eat a bit less and maybe move a bit more. It's that simple. But you have to do it consistently, for real, and for a long time, and we like to eat and watch telly, and we tend to get impatient when we don't see instant results, and weightloss is slow, so it's not necessary easy to do.
That said, you're only accountable to yourself. Nobody can make you do or not do anything. Logging your food intake is a good tool to hold yourself accountable, not eating too much, as well as make sure you're getting in proper nutrition. It also makes it possible to eat food you like.

Hello, feel free to add me if you’d like. I started out with the goal to lose 50 pounds, still have another 36 to go. Accountability is tough, but you can do it!

Move it! Move it! Move it! Drop and give me ten. Put down that fork!
