I've lost 35lbs and am now at my weight target. For medical and practical reasons (can't get to a gym), I can't lift weights so I've been doing some bodyweight exercises instead and now am doing couch to 5K as I love running. I want to build more muscle and reduce a bit more fat, can anyone out there please give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

I think if you Google/YouTube 'You are your own gym' you may find a good place to start re: 'living room' muscle-building workouts that don't require special equipment.1

You don't need to go to a gym to lift weights. What are the medical reasons?1

Consider TRX and/or resistance bands.2
