Hi, I’m new to fitness pal first time counting my macros etc and have been doing this for over 3 days and haven’t felt better! I’m currently at 18% bf I’ve give myself 12 weeks to be at 9% bf! I’m interested in what other people’s cutting diets look like. Let’s enjoy the journey.!
