Starting again after a long winter so looking for friends and motivation to inspire me!

I need a good kick so looking forward to any tips and help anyone can give me

    What is your goal? If it's weightloss, set up your account with your stats and a weekly weightloss goal of less than 1% of your bodyweight. Log your food intake, correctly and honestly. Weigh yourself regularly and be patient. No kicks necessary. In fact, I think the expectation of kicks is what makes you dread starting this really simple and relatively easy endeavour.
