Hi there so I’m looking to lose about a stone,hoping about a pound a week. I’m pretty active,walk about 3 miles with the dog a day plus weights and cardio most days.
Food is the killer for me as I love anything bad for me. I only started this 3 days ago but so far so good I’ve logged everything and stayed within my daily calorie intake.
So anyone want to add me for help and support I’d be most grateful!

    No foods are "bad for you" - too much food, any food, over time, is what's bad for you. Logging can be an eyeopener.

    Well done. I’ve been on this app since October and lost 37 pounds, I log everything little thing I eat and manage to keep loosing weight also with three gym sessions a week. Keep it up :)
