Jessica Smith's 6 Week Walk Strong

I started Jessica Smith's 6 Week Walk Strong program on Wednesday 2/21. I am doing some extra 10 minute workouts on some days as well. I am making sure to also get at least 10,000 steps a day, but will likely increase that number soon. So far I liked the first 4 workouts!
