does anyone know of a good healthy snack?

    I generally don't snack except when I've misjudged my meal portions or timing and my blood sugar's low, but on those rare occasions that I do, it's vegetables, like carrot sticks, fruit, like an apple or pear, or low- or non-fat yogurt.

    Or you could have nuts or fruit.

    I was eating lots of red grapes for a while...10 grapes for 36/38 (sorry forgot exact number) calories.
