Hello!!
So a bit about me, I lost 100lbs in 2012 after a divorce/baby number two.
But I didn't do it the healthy way, I starved myself and ran too much. So of course some of it came back. This time I am eating right, and I am working on becoming STRONG. I would love tips as I have always been a binge eater/starve myself. Not good habits here.But habits can be broken! Also working on quitting smoking...pray for me! I'd love to make some friends on here to encourage each other throughout this process!
