Hey guys I’m new to this app and wana introduce myself so my names charmaine
I train 6 days a week I’m currently looking to gain muscle and tone have been in the gym 4 months now, currently using gold
Protein and m4 preworkout what are your views on these I think they are pretty good, feel free to messege me and add me up

What are your goals.. are you trying to gain weight right now? Or are you maintaining your weight (and recomping).. which would be gaining muscle and losing fat over the (this can be quite a slow process however). If you are gaining just keep in mind that fat comes along with it and you may have to put the toning on hold for now.
Protein supplements are great if you need a little help reaching your protein goals. Pre-workout is fine if you like it, I just use espresso and candy

Also, what program are you following? What do your calories and macros look like? I assume you are eating at maintenance?0
