Keto like Atkins for carbs ?

Good day. after a long hiatus from a low carb lifestyle I am trying to get back in the game and drop some pounds. I was pretty successful on low carb taking in on average 20 grams a day like most low carb diets. Is the Keto the same set up and is 20 grams and less the rule of thumb ?

    Keto tends to be about 20 grams per day, but low carb doesn't have to be that low

    If you aren't a member of the low carb group I would check them out

    From what I see, low carb is typically under 100-150g, and keto is under 20-50g.

    There is wiggle room with those macros. A very active and healthy person might stay in ketosis are well over 100g of carbs if they time carbs around exercise whereas a metabolically unhealthy person may be out of constant ketosis with carbs over 30g.
