I’m two months into this (8 weeks). When I started this journey I was 284lbs. 15 years ago I was a personal trainer myself and in perfect shape. But I quit caring. So back in December my heart changed about my health and I had a desire to better and get in shape. So I started in January and now I’ve lost 28lbs in 8 weeks. I’m now 256. My goal is 210. I’m combining eating right with exercise. I’ve been doing good with both. I haven’t been tempted a lot and honestly my desire for better outweighs temptation. Married with 3 kids so I wanna stay healthy for myself and them.
