Pretty cool app - prep month done - let’s get down to business

So after a few hiccups, I began my fitness journey about 25 days ago. I disregarded any proper nutrition plan and just focused on getting enough vitamins (at this point I should note - I have no clue what I am doing...obviously) and completing my workouts.

Anyway long story short, I’ve now lost enough water weight (I think) and believe I’m ready to to give this thing a proper go. My goal is to get to at least 10% body fat, so i have my buckets ready for the blood, sweat and tears (although I think it’ll mostly be tears...already shed a few during the ‘prep month’...).

Anyway, this is my long winded attempt to hopefully befriend people on a similar journey, so we can learn from each other (unfortunately considering my ubernoobiness, you may be doing the majority of the teaching...apologies in advance for the leeching :D)
