Hi Forum,
According to my diary I need to eat a lot more fat and a bit less sugar and protein.
What are some great sources of fat that don't have too much protein and sugar in them?

Today is my first day using the diary. I was on WW for over 2 years and was tracking there but I'm a bit stuck so trying MFP.

    What Lora said as far as adding healthy fat.......but regarding protein, don't worry about going over. Especially if you have MFP's setting for protein. They have the goal set extremely low.
