Loosing weight after pregnancy and joint pain

I've just joined up again and i went from 8st to 12st during my 3rd pregnancy.
I could barely walk with a herniated disc in my back never mind exercise and really bad fluid retention.
Im struggling to loose the weight i am doing light cardio but want to get back into weightlifting.
can anyone suggest what type of diet to do as my weight just isn't budging

Calorie deficit. Figure out what number of calories to eat to lose .5 - 1 lb a week. Set up MFP and it will tell you. You can eat whatever you want within your calorie allotment.0

I've tried weight watchers as that helped before but not lost a thing.
So if i definitely stay within my calories will it definitely come of as I've wasted 3 month weighing everything to a T on ww and not even lost a pound.0 -
Are you currently nursing your little one(s)? If so, some women find it to be really difficult to lose weight while nursing.
How long ago did you give birth? It can take a while for hormones, etc, to level out, too.

I was nursing had to stop as im a rhesus negative and my anti bodies where attacking him.
He's currently 13 weeks so not sure whats going on x0
