Can anyone recommend bulking meal ideas?

Why do you feel you can only eat chicken, broccoli and rice or beef and rice? Where are the fats? Where is the enjoyment? Just like the advice we give to people who are trying to lose - you can eat anything you want in a calorie deficit and achieve your weight loss goals. With bulking you have even more options - there are loads of calorie dense and nutrient dense foods to build from. Add cheese, avocado, dairy, oils, nuts, nut butters, fattier cuts of meat, etc. fry an egg and put it on top, or end your day with some ice cream or a dessert you enjoy.0
