Newbee here!

Hi, my nieces told me all about this fitness pal site, and I decided to join. I have SEVERE OCD, and weigh myself several times a day...bad girl! I had maintained a great weight loss for almost a year, but then broke my back and was layed up. I have gained as of this morning,almost ten pounds now. I am not as active as I was before my injury, and at 62 still consider myself "young" and never give up and and now up to walking MAYBE 1/2 mile per day with my dogs. I look forward to chatting with everyone, looking and trying at recipes, and weill be supportive to all of you.
